We spent the night of July 12th in the Driftwood Inn.  On the 13th we spent the day in Homer; mostly on the Spit.  In the evening we drove to a an Air B & B in Kalifornski.

Giant Sea Kelp

When I was a kid, the Homer Spit was covered with hundreds of giant sea kelp; they were everywhere.

This little guy was the only one I saw.  Climate change?  Probably.

Stariski Creek Cabin

Mom lived here 40 years ago; I would visit her in the summers.

This makes me OLD.
