Eliphalet Fox was born on 24 Mar 1771 in Dracut MA.

Eliphalet married Rhoda Fox in Dracut on 12 Sept. 1795 (or possibly 22 April 1795). Their children were: Ephraim T. Fox (7 Jan 1796), Ralph Fox (5 Oct 1797), Rhoda Fox (9 Dec 1799), Gilman Fox (2 Mar 1802), Sophia Fox (3 Feb 1804), Harriot Fox (15 May 1806), Margaret Taylor Fox (24 Oct 1810) and Horatio Fox (24 Jun 1813). They lived in Dracut, MA. Eliphalet died on 9 March 1863.
