So, even though we had just bought a skinny fast boat last month, I couldn't pass up buying another Ocean Kayaks Sprinter when it popped up in facebook marketplace. I'd only seen 3 surf skies in Ohio in over 20 years, so to see another OC Sprinter was pretty surprising. The price of this boat was also only $250, which is half of what I paid for the red one 20 years ago. The Sprinter is lighter than the Sealion, enough so that it is less strenuous to load onto the roof rack of our Scion XB. Joan loves the new Sprinter. We probably should sell the Sealion.

Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in New York
The only place Brigitta could acquire a work visa for her teaching job in China was the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in New York City. We were planning on using a service, but by the time every step had been completed, the time window for a visa service no longer guaranteed completion in time. So, we drove, spent the night in New Jersey and then Brigitta visited the consulate the next morning and then we drove home. We were only in NYC for a few hours. The Camry we rented had a transmission issue, so we swapped it for this Audi.
