The shutter count on my Nikon D200 indicates I took over 16,000 photos this year. We also have a handful of pocket cameras that we use often, so I think it's safe to say that as a family we took about 20,000 photos this year. Over 1200 photos made it onto our photoblogs this year. Today we sorted through this year's photos and chose the best 73.
