July 22 - Visit with Kelly Hebert & Lupe

Visiting Kelly is always an inspiration for my creativity, both personally and professionally.  We have a kiln and clay: why aren't we making our own dishes?  Kelly and I go back to elementary school; I can still hear his mother's voice for our dangerous antics that all too often involved fire.  Pictured below are found object sting instraments.

July 23 - East Knik River Road Drive

On our last day in Alaska, we went for a drive with my parents down East Knik Road and Clark Wolverine Road.

July 23, 24 & 25 - Return Home

We literally left my parents home in Wasilla on on Tuesday at sunset, and arrived home in Tallmadge on Thursday after sunrise.  Our first flight from Anchorage to Juneau was on a 737 MAX turned back to Anchorage even though we were about halfway to Juneau.  We swapped planes and made all of our connections.  Our next two 737 MAX flights didn't break down or crash.
